Our owners are paid by the 10th of each month with their rental proceeds in the bank. We structure our detailed and easy to read monthly statements in such a way that at the end of each year you have all your deductions in hand with invoices. The management company takes no deductions on your behalf. We pass that along to you.

Sharon Zuscar Marek is currently the Broker/Owner of Zuscar Realty, LLC and Advantage Real Estate Services in San Antonio, Texas. Sharon works in residential sales with either buyers or sellers and multi family properties. She currently is managing approximately 50 properties that are a mix of multi and single family use. Sharon has managed over 100 properties at any one time and has been licensed in Texas since 2004.
Sharon grew up in Southern California and began her real estate career working with commercial properties that had lost their Grandfather status with the City. She worked with various City officials in successfully obtaining Variances and Conditional Use Permits for those commercial property owners.
When Sharon relocated to San Antonio, Texas she continued her real estate career managing high-end commercial properties for professionals. This experience led her to obtaining her real estate license and then her broker license.
Since 2004 Sharon has successfully managed over 100 properties at any given time and the business is growing. Sharon believes that real estate is a “relationship” business and fosters that through assisting individuals and investors with the management and or buying and selling real estate.
